Epilogue is here! This blend contains seasonal coffee from Brazil and Colombia. Our goal with Epilogue is to spotlight the skillset of our roasting team. With this blend, we've created a coffee designed to highlight our unique roasting style- while giving you something that is delicious and easy to brew with any coffee or espresso brewing device.
The backbone of this coffee come from Fazenda Recrio, an award winning farm in Sao Sabastio De Gama, in the state of Sao Paolo, Brazil. This natural process coffee adds loads of cup character, while a washed coffee from Colombia adds rich, sweet qualities.
For Espresso:
We extract coffee in our cafes using a more traditional ratio of ground coffee to espresso weight in the cup. Our dose is usually between 17 and 18 grams, with a yield of 34 to 36 grams. We do this with a 30 to 35 second brew time, and we find this makes espresso that is delicious to drink as is, or pairs well with milk.
